This summary is for convenience only. The full terms below apply. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our services. By using this site or any introduction coordinated by Luvo, you accept them.
1. About Luvo Matchmaking
Luvo Matchmaking ("Luvo," "we," "us") is a founder-led introduction service for in-person meetings. Luvo is not a dating app. It does not display profiles or allow members to browse other people.
Introductions are based on the preferences you share, our assessment of compatibility and real-world interaction. Introductions are drawn from people met in person at evenings hosted by the brands of the Constellation, a group of in-person dating, friendship and networking brands, and from members of The Gild Society. Luvo does not host events.
2. Eligibility
To use Luvo's services, you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be legally able to enter into a binding contract;
- not be married or in a committed relationship; and
- provide accurate and truthful information.
Luvo may deny or end access to its services at its discretion.
3. Nature of the Services
Luvo provides introductions, not outcomes. We do not promise or guarantee any particular match, compatibility, timeline, frequency of introductions or relationship result. Each introduction is an opportunity to meet someone, nothing more.
4. No Photo Sharing Policy
Luvo does not share client photos as part of the introduction process, because images can be used to identify a person. Whether to share contact details or social media profiles after a meeting is left entirely to the individuals involved.
5. Privacy and Personal Information
We use your information only to provide our services. Profiles are not public, and your information is not shared with other participants without your consent. Luvo staff and contractors may access your information as needed to provide the services. You control what you choose to share.

6. Safety, Introductions and Meeting Environment
First meetings take place in public, established venues where other people are present and you can leave freely. Luvo does not arrange first meetings in private or isolated locations. Only first names are shared before an introduction. If you feel uncomfortable at any point, please notify Luvo.

7. Background Checks and Our Approach to Safety
Luvo does not conduct criminal background checks. In our view, such checks can be incomplete or out of date.
Instead, Luvo relies on conduct observed in person at Constellation evenings, feedback from hosts, staff and fellow guests, and an individual's participation over time. No screening process is foolproof, and Luvo does not guarantee the conduct of any participant.
8. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- harass, threaten or abuse anyone;
- provide false or misleading information;
- act unlawfully; or
- use the services for any commercial purpose.
Luvo may suspend or end access for anyone who violates these terms.
9. Payments and Refunds
Purchases are governed by the terms shown at checkout. All payments are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Services may be time-based or introduction-based. Luvo may change its pricing or offerings at any time.
10. Service Modifications and Availability
Luvo may modify or discontinue any part of its services, reschedule introductions or change features. Luvo is not liable for interruptions or delays in the services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luvo is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, emotional distress, personal injury, relationship outcomes, or the conduct of any participant, or for any interactions arising from the services. You use the services at your own risk.
12. No Guarantees
Luvo makes no promises regarding the number of introductions, the success of any introduction or the behavior of other participants. The services are provided "as is."
13. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Luvo and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the services, your interactions with other participants or your breach of these terms.
14. Dispute Resolution
If a dispute arises, please contact Luvo first so we can try to resolve it informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled under applicable local law.
15. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Luvo operates.
16. Changes to These Terms
Luvo may update these terms at any time. Continuing to use the services after updated terms are posted means you accept them.
