Please read these Terms of Use (“Terms”) carefully. By accessing or using the Luvo Matchmaking website, services, or participating in any introductions coordinated by Luvo (“Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Services immediately.

1. About Luvo Matchmaking

Luvo Matchmaking (“Luvo,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) provides a personalized introduction service designed to facilitate real-world meetings between individuals.

Luvo is not a dating application or profile-browsing platform. We do not display member profiles or enable browsing. Instead, we coordinate introductions based on preferences, compatibility, and real-world interactions within our broader community and event ecosystem.

2. Eligibility

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years of age

• You are legally able to enter into a binding agreement

• You are not currently married or in a committed relationship

• All information you provide is accurate and truthful

We reserve the right to deny or terminate access to the Services at our discretion.

3. Nature of the Services

Luvo provides introductions between individuals for social and relationship purposes.

While we aim to facilitate meaningful connections:

• We do not guarantee matches

• We do not guarantee compatibility

• We do not guarantee timelines or frequency of introductions

• We do not guarantee relationship outcomes

All introductions are opportunities, not assurances.

4. No Photo Sharing Policy

Luvo does not share client photos with other participants as part of the introduction process.

While many modern dating services rely on the exchange of images, Luvo has chosen a more private and considered approach.

Advancements in technology have made it increasingly possible to identify individuals through images alone, sometimes revealing personal details beyond what was intended. Out of respect for our clients’ privacy and personal security, Luvo limits the distribution of identifiable information and instead facilitates introductions directly in person.

Any exchange of personal information, including photos, contact details, or social media profiles, is left entirely to the discretion of the individuals after an introduction has taken place.

5. Privacy & Personal Information

Luvo collects and uses personal information solely for the purpose of providing its Services.

We do not publicly display user profiles or share personal data with other participants without consent.

By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Information you provide may be used to facilitate introductions

• Certain data may be accessed by staff or contractors for service delivery

• You are responsible for any information you choose to share with others

6. Safety, Introductions & Meeting Environment

Luvo Matchmaking is designed to facilitate introductions in a manner that prioritizes discretion, control, and real-world safety.

All first introductions are coordinated in public, established venues such as bars, restaurants, or similar social settings. These environments are intentionally selected to ensure that:

• Other patrons and staff are present

• The setting is active, visible, and socially monitored

• Individuals are able to arrive and leave independently at any time

Luvo does not arrange first meetings in private, remote, or uncontrolled environments, including but not limited to private residences, parks, beaches, or isolated locations.

In many cases, venues are aware that introductions are taking place, adding an additional layer of awareness and accountability to the environment.

Only limited personal information is shared in advance of an introduction, typically first names only. Any further exchange of personal details is left entirely to the discretion of the individuals after the meeting.

If at any point a participant feels uncomfortable before, during, or after an introduction, they are strongly encouraged to notify Luvo immediately so that appropriate action can be taken.

7. Background Checks & Our Approach to Safety

Luvo does not conduct criminal background checks on participants.

While background checks are often presented as a safety measure, they can be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate, and may create a false sense of certainty. No screening method can fully predict behavior or guarantee safety.

For this reason, Luvo has chosen not to rely on background checks as a primary safety mechanism.

Instead, our approach is built around real-world interaction, controlled environments, and observed behavior.

Introductions are informed by:

• Prior participation in live events and social settings

• Observed conduct and interactions within our community

• Feedback from hosts, staff, and participants

• Ongoing involvement within our broader social ecosystem

We believe how someone is experienced in real-world environments is often more meaningful than what appears in a database.

By combining this with structured, public introductions and limited pre-meeting information sharing, Luvo aims to create a safer and more considered experience.

However, all participants acknowledge that:

• No method of screening or evaluation is foolproof

• Luvo does not guarantee the conduct, character, or intentions of any individual

• Personal judgment and awareness remain essential

Your safety and comfort are paramount. We encourage all participants to exercise discretion and to communicate with us at any time if concerns arise.

8. User Conduct

By using the Services, you agree not to:

• Harass, intimidate, or harm other participants

• Provide false or misleading information

• Engage in illegal, abusive, or inappropriate behavior

• Use the Services for commercial or non-personal purposes

• Emotional distress, personal injury, or relationship outcomes

• The actions, behavior, or conduct of any participant

• Any interactions that occur as a result of the Services

Your use of the Services is at your own risk.

12. No Guarantees

Luvo makes no guarantees regarding:

• The number of introductions

• The success of any connection

• The behavior or intentions of other participants

All services are provided on an “as is” basis.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luvo, its employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your use of the Services

• Your interactions with other participants

• Your violation of these Terms

14. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can attempt to resolve the matter informally.
